The jobs in this level are responsible for contributing in selling, up-selling and cross-selling Direct products to provide clients with full packages and ensuring that the client database is continuously up-to-date. Jobs are also responsible for receiving and delivering operation requirements between Zain and clients as well as participating in daily visits procedures.



Implement the Direct Sales policies and procedures
Carry out assigned activities in specified area with direct supervision

Direct Sales :

Contribute in selling Direct products in order to achieve monthly target


Assist in activation and delivery of Zain system (TABS) registration requirements for new or additional clients
Participate in delivering and receiving the activation needs

Client Relationship:

Participate in building relationships with high value segments such as Business men, Seniors staff in government and companies


Contribute in up-selling and cross-selling when possible to provide key clients with complete packages and increase Zain’s profitability
Participate in interacting with clients and conduct compound visits to introduce and sell products in line with Zain marketing strategy and tactics to deliver on sales/profit targets


Diploma Business Administration, Sales or Equivalent

Up to 2 year of relevant experience
